DUBAI – Nahar Group, a leading Indian
developer, has announced the launch of eight luxury residential towers
at Nahar’s Amrit Shakti near Powai, Mumbai.

Sukhraj
Nahar of the group said at the launch ceremony held in Dubai that the
towers – Iris, Ivy, Mirabilis, Mimosa, Allamanda, Arum, Tilia and
Tulipia Amrit Shakti – a preferred project among NRI’s. Over 500 NRIs
are already home-owners in the 25 residential towers existing here.

"The
mini township is set against a backdrop of lush greenery and sprawling
hills. The speciality of the evergreen adjoining area is that it is a
designated ‘no development zone’," he said.

The
project is master planned to provide a wholesome lifestyle with
exclusive clubhouses, gardens, health club, swimming pools,
restaurants, shopping plazas, temples, an international standard school
and even a medical diagnostic centre.

A
feature of the project is the loan scheme developed by the Nahar Group
in collaboration with HDFC. The scheme is a first in the history of the
housing industry in India.
