Soudamini found her calling in Yoga and realised Yoga is the best way to balance your body, mind and soul. Yoga leads to positive attitude, flexibility and awareness of body and mind.
Saudamini has specialised in traditional, astanga, holistic yoga. She also teaches power yoga, vinyasa yoga, Tibetan yoga (for balancing hormones). There is a special yoga class for pre-natal and post natal yoga.
Her every class is about one hour and fifteen minutes in which she covers the following
- all free hand exercise,
- fat burning asanas,
- surya namaskars,
- stamina building asanas,
- core strengthening,
- meditation and relaxation techniques.
Soudamini is a trained acupressurist and has learnt under Dr Devendra Vora. Through Yoga she could help solve many medical problems like
- back and knee pains,
- hormonal disorders,
- PCOD issues,
- vertigo and many more.
During the yoga classes diet programmes are available.
Soudamini is well versed with in Hindi, English and Marathi. She conducts group classes and offers personal classes at home at reasonable charges. You could avail of a trial class. Soudamini has taught yoga to many well known people.
