Naga Panchami was celebrated with religious fervor at Panch Kutir’s Sri Mahashesha Rundamalini temple (Survarna Temple), located at Powai, on Sunday August 04 2011.  The temple is dedicated to the serpent god Naga. Innumerable devotees from all over the city, arrived to offer puja and prayers on the auspicious occasion of Naga Panchami. Temple managing trustee Suvarna Baba led the Vedic rites on the occasion. Watch the above video clip of the celebration., where Suman Basu one of the trustee of the temple talks about the significance of the temple, and Mr and Mrs Kripashankar Singh talk about why Nag Panchmi is celebration and the why the visit the Powai Shree Suvarna temple.
