I was not really clueless to the celebration which was happening on the streets of Hiranandani, Powai, but was home, until a friend called and said, come and see whats happening near HSBC, central avenue, Hiranandani Gardens, the crowd is just growing like crazy! As I walked the streets, it was just unbelievable feeling of celebrations, it is something unprecedented that the streets of mumbai, will ever get to see, unless we keep on winning World Cups.
All the police could do is shift the crowd, the crowd would just assemble and gather at another junction. Finally as @Piyul puts it “The Crime Against Women & Old People police van” managed to disperse the crowd a bit unsuccessfully.
Congratulations to all and lets keep this spirit of celebration. Here is a short video I have edited, (forgive my bad editing skills).
