Tired of flying solo for your workouts? Stay motivated and learn new techniques with Group Exercise classes taught by dynamic instructors to help you achieve the maximum benefit from your workouts. We recommend that you follow a cross-training routine that includes exercise from three categories:
- Cardiovascular / Weight loss
- Toning & Strength Training
- Kickboxing, Aerobics & Power Yoga
