Mam, I am a resident of Ghatkopar, and a future tenant of Powai hence this is addressed to you. Recently on a tour of the place to look for a rented flat, I came across a board outside Jal Vayu Vihar Society that any inquiries for Rent/Lease are welcome and that one should get in touch with the secretary/office of the society. I approached the gatekeeper and he very bluntly told us that the board was an old one and to not pay heed to it. He refused to let us make direct inquiries. My request is, if the board is redundant, please take it off the gate so that desperate and eager buyers like us are not humiliated.
I wish you the very best in the upcoming elections and I hope you will take up this issue close to home, so to speak.
Another honest citizen.
