Hi,

I had given Giriraj Dry cleaners in Shop No 97, Galleria, Hiranandani Powai 4 suits to dry clean. He gave them back without cleaning and did not return cover of one of the suits. He took full payment of Rs. 750 from me assuring that he will return the suit cover worth 2000/-. It has been over 5 weeks of following up on him but he has not returned it yet.

What action can be taken against him in this case so that no one else goes through this mental harassment.
