I had received complaints about Subway Powai, in the past. I also experienced it today. I walked in and asked for the Sub of the day, “which is not displayed anywhere”. The guy tells me, he is out of mustard sauce and jalepenos. I say okay! I have a look at the lettuce box and its full of cabbage. When I make a hue and cry about this, he promptly tells me to speak to the owner. I have been to the Powai subway only once, and will probably never repeat that mistake. The place is stuffy and unkempt. The tables are sticky as if they’ve never been mopped. The subs also don’t “look” as tempting as their firang counterparts. After reading the cabbage tales in the other comments, I think I would rather stay away from the place.
Well I think it’s now very common in lot of subways that they keep adding cabbage to lettuce
